Our fishing fleet consists of four sardine vessels, being among the most modern and equipped with satellite navigation technology, sonars, radars, and video sondes.

Regarding sustainability, we hold MSC certification for sustainable sardine fishing in the Gulf of California.

In addition, monthly inspections are carried out to monitor sardine sizes and ensure the reproduction of schools.

Production Process

The raw material is processed through cooking, pressing, steam drying, grinding, and automated packaging.
